At BLACKPINK OFFICIAL STORE (NA), we want you to love your fashion pieces, but if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel and accessories must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
